If you are able to take cuttings I would.Some times when we forget to water and the water the roots rot.

I agree with Cindy, the roots have probably died and now the plant has no way to take in water. Take some cuttings and root them in high humidity like a sealed ziplock bag.
If your plant has fuzzy leaves it is Hoya DS-70 and not bilobata. Hoya bilobata has glabrous or hairless leaves and is not seen for sale as often as DS-70.
