Another plant id

Lowe's had this EA plant without a label or tag. I hope it's a hoya, but not being an expert, I need to ask. I love the pretty mottled leaves. They look like a maroon and green mosaic. I hope it has pretty flowers and a scent too!

Hi Liz,

Sorry, while it is lovely, it's not a Hoya. Some kind of Aeschenanthes, Lipstick plant, or something like that.

Pirate Girl nailed it...its a Lipstick plant.

I had one many years ago I think its called 'black pagoda' lipstick plant...Sadly it froze during one of our unexpected freezes :o(

Very cool flowers...green if I'm not mistaken
