GW has some silly rule that the trade sections within individual forums, like the Hoya trade section, are for the U.S. only, so, no... not that I know of, anyway, unless they've arranged something quietly behind the scenes... =_=

You could post in the Canadian Exchange area, but I think the chances another Hoya grower is browsing that section are pretty slim. There are quite a few very nice Canadians here. I would recommend that you pop in regularly and get to know them and then suggest a trade privately.

Just what I would do. :)
