Nice Hoya Xuan, love the leaves.

Pug I think you are right with Hoya chinghungensis because the leaves of dickisoniana should be much more narrow and without the leaf base being wider than the leaf tip. Hoya engleriana is similar to dickisoniana leaf wise so it's not a possibility either.
