It looks like one of the acuta types.Not sure which one but I also have this one.

I find this group of Hoyas confusing. You will find them under different names but one thing that seems to be different is that the flowers are either fully reflexed or as is the case with your plant only partially reflexed. The leaf size varies quite a bit between the different plants that are available.
Does your plant have highly fragrant flowers?

I think Cindy is right to offer the name Hoya acuta. It's great that your plant is flowering so young. i have an XXL plant that has yet to bloom and has only every produced one peduncle that promptly fell off because the plant dried out.

The picture was taken as the flowers were maturing. In the beginning the flowers were almost fully reflexed. I did not have time to take pictures before because my firstborn girl was just born :D. About the smell if there was any it was not strong.

Congratulations on your daughter, Mayyan! I am so happy for you. And might I say that it is a perfect time of year to be born. My sisters and I all have birthdays in the span of a couple weeks.

LOL Mike. I have been collecting acutas here and there and never heard them to be particularly stubborn bloomers. I hope your plant isn't chatting with mine.

Mike I find acuta type hoyas easy to bloom for me,even cuttings will grow peduncles and bloom in one season.I give them high light and warmth year round.I also don't let them get to dry before watering.
