Yes, that's Hoya carnosa 'Krimson Queen', a variegated form of carnosa. 'Krimson Princess' is the other one, which has the variegation in the middle instead of the edges. They both grow fairly slow and take some time to bloom, but the beautiful foliage makes the wait tolerable.

The "hoya carnosa mother" is 22.
