Unknown brown/pink/green Hoya

Hello hoya fans -

Hopefully I'm in the right place? A lot of great specimens and info on this forum. I picked up a stem cutting today and have found nothing resemling it in a brief search. I have a hunch it's a Hoya, and if so it'd be my first. So, I have two questions: What species/hybrid is this? What is the easiest way to propagate it? Half guessing, I took a 4-6" stem cutting, removed the lower 2 leaves, dipped it in rooting hormone and planted it in peat/perlite seedling mix, and it's under a wonderlite (300w full spectrum grow light) right now.

Would really appreciate any and all help!

Welcome to the forum.

I'm not 100% sure, but to me it looks similar to Hoya krimson queen. And if so, that pretty pink coloring will fade to white as it matures.

I agree... officially Hoya carnosa 'Krimson Queen'. It's a beauty!

Thanks for getting back to me. Am I propagating it correctly? Also, do you often find the darker brown/pink coloring on 'Krimson Queen'? I ask because the parent plant was fairly large several 2-3 feet vines, and many had older leaves that had maintained the pink/brown coloring.
