| I am thinking about putting in an order to Apodagis for a few hoyas. I already have the import papers, and will be sending a copy to him this week. If anyone from the lower mainland area or from Canada would also like to order from him, and have them sent to me, you can then pick them up or i can post them to you, we then can share the postal and phyto costs. If anyone is interested let me know. I have not bought from this vender, but some members have. I did meet him in person a few months ago, and seems very nice. He does not have a nice price catolough like david little, but you can send him an e-mail with your wishlist, and he will let you know what his prices are. I just recieved an e-mail from him letting me know that giving my wishlist asap because he needs to see what he has available especially the rare ones.

| Please, like you even need to ask if anyone is interested! I am all for group orders to save cash and I am happy to offer up a snip of anything I order to whomever has to do all the work associated with a large order (why shouldn't there be some additional benefit?!) | I feel like I have Hoyas coming out of my ears these days but there are some fantastic unidentified species on his price list. I will give this some though. Mike |

I'm sorry but I will have to limit this order to people who live in Canada.
I guess I was not very clear in my post. Mike, he has some nice hoyas.I have about 12 on my list and will try yo get my list down to 10.
Later to day I will be sending a copy of my permit and once I hear that he has received my permit then I will send him my list.
I hope to have the hoyas shipped early Sept. Cindy |

| Hi Cindy: I'm in Victoria, and I would be interested in joining if that's possible. I don't know much about this vendor as I am very new to hoyas (first DL order with Bea this spring). He dose not have any prices listed. You have to email him your hoya list and then he will let you know if its available and the price.
Once he gets my permit( I sent it this afternoon)should take about 15 days. If you email let him know that your interested in ordering with me Cindy Pawlitschek from Canada. Please try to remember English is not his first language. Also this will be the first time that im doing an order of this type of thing. |

| Hi Kelly I live in Delta. The reason to have them sent in sept is it will still be warm enough for them to root. I have had cutting come in Nov and I only had half of my cuttings root. Maybe it was how I tried to root them.I tried a new method and half way through rooting I switched all back to my normal method and lost a bunch. Cindy |

| Cindy I made a short list of Hoyas and emailed Sutthisak but there is only one available out of the five I was most interested in. I am sure I can find a couple more on the named Hoya list so I am in for at least a few cuttings. Mike |

| Ohhh. Can I ask another question about timing? Our DL order came in a month or so ago, do they send cuttings out at different times depending on the vendor and where they live? Just thinking spring, early summer for us is prime rooting times, or am I wrong? Maybe with this vendor there is no choice? I know, I know more newbie questions. Kelly |

| Kelly the time works best for me.Money wise, time wise and its still an ok time to root stuff. Some people in states are having a fall DL order and I think they are having it sent out Oct some time. cindy |

| had you of posted this last week i'd of jumped on board!!! I've been looking at this website for well over a year now with intentions on someday ordering something from them,well I finally got around to doing it!!! I placed an order with them last week and it's already on it's way to me. I will tell you if you're taking part in this to send them a very long list of things. I had about 20 on my original order and of those only about 5 were available. David |

| Hi, My permit is also good for Dischida,Plumeria and Orchidaceae but with ordering orchids you also need cities permit to have them sent. I just heard that my copy of my permit has arrived in Bangkok so it looks good to have the order sent end of aug to arrive to me somtime middle sept. I am sending in my list tonight to find out what he has. Bea ca I ask what else you are interested in.

| Cindy do you just have to pay an additional fee for the Cities documents? There are a few Bulbophyllum orchids I would love to order as well, wonder if anyone else is also interested in orchids and would want to split the cost of the documents with me? The Impatiens species with the caudex and the Platycerium ferns are also tempting. Mike |

| Mike ,Yes you have to pay to have the cities permit sent with the order.It comes from the same office as the phyto.I did this back in 2007 when I was in bangkok. Its just another document that needs to come with the shipment. I can not remember how much I paid but I think its about the same cost as the phyto. Cindy |

Mike I sent in my wish list also and only two on my list can not be sent.I hope someone will join you in ordering orchids. I keep buying them and I keep killing them.I so want to be able to grow them that I somtimes buy more to see them painfullly die.
I still have a few left from my trip in 2007 but they have done nothing stil just tiny things. Cindy |

| I checked concerning the orchids and the nursery in only set up to send Nepenthes with CITIES documents and is not approved by CITIES to send orchids. I guess I will be sticking with Hoya this time around. Cindy I have been growing orchids for more than 10 years, if you need some tips send me an email. Mike |

Mike to bad about the orchids this time, just more money for the hoyas.
I wish I had included Nepenthes on the permit but 4 years ago when I got the permit I was not into them.
Maybe next year in I renew the permit I will deffinately be adding a whole bunch of things just to be on the safe side for the next 5 years, you never know. Mike if i ever make it back to bangkok ( maybe 2011 )let me know what orchids and or anything else you might like, and i will bring it back home for you. Mike, i might take your offer up on how to grow orchids, i just love them, but they just wont grow for me. My favorite are catts. |

I sent an order in to Apodagis a few days ago and I haven't heard from him. Can you post the email address you used so I can make sure I used the right one. It wasn"t returned though so I am assuming he got it. Maybe he needs more time, not sure. Thanks!

These are his two emails.He is usually very fast in returning his info but when he goes out of town to one of his other green houses. He is usually gone for a few days.
You can try again if you didnt send to both of his emails. He does ask that both be used. Cindy |

| You ordering Hoya from Malaysia, let me share my expiries with you about orders from Malaysia. I sending and resaving plants from all over the world. And plants from Malaysia 75% arriving dad! Combining order, shipping cost, you can find same plants here, and better chains to receive live plant, not dad. |

| Hi ,No we ordering from Thailand and a few members have ordered from there and the plants were fine.In Canada its almost imposable to get hoya plants so that is why we are putting a group order. Cindy |

Hi Trish I am going to ask every one who will be joining this group order to send me there home address and plant order to me by Aug.
I am hoping to have every thing finalized by the middle of Aug so shipment can be sent out by the end of Aug.
Everyone will have to pay for there hoyas before they can be sent out so I will ask every one to be Quick with there payment after they get the invoice.
I will be asking that every one pay me for there cost to ship the plants to them.
