could you please post a picture of the plant that would really help? I grow hoya praetorii as well but without seeing a photo no one will be able to help. Leaf size is going to vary from location to location based on growing conditions. My plant has a various size leaves all on the same plant as most hoyas will.

My Hoya praetorii has leaves of about 4"x2" although the newer leaves are much larger.
