I don't grow flavida myself, but I find a lot of Hoyas' new foliage is so tender, that it barely takes a brush by it to make it fall off. In most cases, once the leaves are closer to full size, they can take a bit more activity around them. So I put those species that I find have tender new growth in a place where I won't be reaching past it, where it won't get disturbed by wandering kitties... And I try not to move those plants when they're growing. Macgillivrayii is like that for me. In fact, yesterday, I found a couple leaves on a new vine that were ready to fall off. I must have bumped them while watering the day before... =( I think it's interesting, though, that a species (macgillivrayii) that grows up to be a pretty succulent, tough plant has some of the tenderest leaves when they're first forming!

I have the orange flowered form of Hoya flavida and I do find the new leaves very delicate until they mature. I keep cuttings of this Hoya in my rooting aquarium until new growth starts and the first set of new leaves is matured.
I think some Hoyas cuttings have not developed good root systems so they are very sensitive to drying out or changes in their environment. Keeping your cutting in a controlled environment like a covered aquarium will probably bring it back to health. Because there is only one leaf to help photosynthesize you will need to provide fairly bright light as well.

Denise and Mike, many tanks for your answers, it's was a great help to me to understand what was happening with this plant. The root system is good, a few weeks ago I've changed the soil, because I thought it could be to much moist and then I saw the roots, I did not expect so much roots. Now it's growing new leaves again, the plant is in another place, I hope this time it wont loose them:)

Yes Hoyas like to take a little break after they are repotted and at certian times of the year growth does seem to slow down or stop for some. I am glad to hear that your plant is doing well again.
