I've had this one for 3 years, got it from the Hawaiian vendor and it was a nice-sized plant to begin with, but boy has it grown...

(That's a 10" pot it's in!) It wants to take over the shelf it's on - I have to keep it neat with hair clippies... And here's a closeup of that first flower...

Very spicey fragrance. Looks almost identical to the verticillata that I got as limoniaca, except not reflexed.

Very nice bloom, indeed. Congrats Denise. I really like the green tips of the petals.

Thanks for sharing.

Denise, very pretty!
I am kinda wondering where am I going to put all my hoyas when some of them gets bigger. I have lots of bigger one already. Some of the smaller ones are in 4" pot now but in a few years they are going to be big.

I LOVE that flower, it looks so dainty and girly. So sweet. But then you always have nice flowers to show off :)

Very pretty. That one is completely new to me. Second on always having nice flowers to show off. Denise, you might not want to answer this, but how many hoyas do you have?

Jan, so beautiful...love white flower hoyas. As to where to put your hoyas, I have a ton of space right here in my house. =)

Thanks for all the compliments. Jan, I know what you mean. As mine grow, I think, "wow, there will surely come a point when I have used up every spare inch of space and won't be able to get anymore"... You're lucky in that you can grow outside, but even then, there ARE limitations!

I've had a lot of first-time-bloomers this year, that's for sure. I suppose mostly becuase my collection has grown by leaps and bounds the last 2 or 3 years! Klyde, I'm up to 87 species, not counting the cuttings I just got from David Liddle. We'll see how many of those root and add to that number!

Denise your Hoya is beautiful and I have to agree the greenish accents on the flowers is really attractive. I like when Hoya flowers are not reflexed and you get to see the blooms open nice and flat.
