That is a nice post Brad. We all lose loved ones and have days that they are on our minds. I think its special that you have a Carnosa you are naming after her.
I Lost a special friend and I have a plant in his memory. Plants are ways of healing to me. I have live plants at his graveside that I maintain. Its my way of saying I will always remember him. Thanks and you didn't dampen my day just made me smile.

Brad have you been growing moon flowers for Nikki, I remember you had mentioned that she really loved those flowers.

Mike, yes I'm growing those moonflowers! They're still pretty small, and I'm hoping to see at least one flower before the frost comes. They usually don't bloom for me at least until mid-August or even September. Like you once said, plants are healing creatures. I know she would have loved the hoyas! Carnosa is the plant with the greatest sentiment since it's the one I started with. It hasn't bloomed yet, but I'm hoping it will soon.
