I wouldn't grow 'PS' any other way. The one I grow in the greenhouse hangs right in the middle and reaches both ends along the eaves (the GH was built out from the eaves, as you can see here...)

It's massive and is happy as can be when allowed to roam about. Once you have a lot of twiners/viners/climbers growing in close proximity, you find you have to spend some time detangling nearly every day this time of year!
This one was taken before I let it start the treck to both ends of the GH (which is 8' in each direction!)

Beautiful! Both of them! I just got a Pink Silver in the mail, and i can't wait until it gets that big! Poor thing only has 5 leaves now.

Don't fret - it won't take long. Once 'PS' gets going, it's an aggressive grower (which is true, I find, of all the pubicalyx cultivars...)
