Hoya kerrii

So my oldest kerrii (I got it LONG before I started my database, so I'm guessing it's about 20 years old...) is the one I've whacked at over the years, started new ones to give/sell/trade, and though it had nice new growth on it, the oldest stuff was pretty gnarly looking. So I decided it's time (since I have a couple I've kept that look young and fresh) to ditch the original. So I started whacking all the nicer, newer growth to start new plants, and just kept whacking back, figuring when I got all the "good stuff" off of it, I'd throw the last, old and gnarly stuff away. So I get back to the main "stump" coming out of the soil, and there are three brand new leaves that have sprouted from that old, woody stump. I could not bring myself to throw it away, but I just whacked off everything but those three leaves. But I had to show you how old and woody and thick the stump is...
