Neglected Hoya ID?

Found two of these EA hoya's abandoned on a pallet at wal mart on my 5000 mile trip. The thing that drove me two it, besides the half price....was the fact it had blooms! Most likely do to the neglect. Since the plant is so yellow and leaves are very mutilated I can't id it. It has very nice flowers and very nice fragrance.
