| I received several linearis cuttings a few months ago, and when I checked them yesterday, there are buds all over them!!
OMG. And one of my carnosa is making peduncles and buds non-stop since June, which is very new here. Exciting!

| That is so great, congratulations! : ) I hope you'll share some pictures when the buds open! My own linearis has had tiiiny buds all summer, but they haven't gotten any bigger the last couple of months, so I've no high hopes of seeing it flower anytime soon. |

| Congrats, Kittee! Your post made me run and check on my own linearis, which I also got this summer. It's been hanging in there but has not changed. However, I did find a tiny shoot of new growth just now, so I'm feeling pretty pleased about mine, too. (This is my 3rd try with this one...) Looking forward to seeing a photo of yours when it blooms. Denise in Omaha |

| Ok, so I just realised I'm a liar!! What I wrote earlier in this thread isn't true; my linearis' buds have actually grown quite a bit! Must have happended in the last couple of weeks. I kind of got tired of checking up on them, and didn't notice the buds getting bigger at last. I guess a watched pot never boils... Haha. : ) |
