White leaves

Hi everyone!

I need some help with my hoya. I got it last fall. I do not know the name but it looks like Crimson Queen - has mostly green leaves but some have white edges and a couple of the leaves are half white and half green. Well, it started shooting completely white leaves a couple month ago and now those white leaves become faded yellow in color...And they are just dying from the base up one after another... I do not know how to stop it. Please help.

Well, honestly, my white leaves do the same thing. White leaves are not the healthiest, as they cannot photosynthesize. :( I always thought it was just part of their short, but beautiful life to die off after a while. Sorry, I couldn't be more help.
