New blooms

Hi all. Here are pics of two plants blooming for the first time. Both of them are from Denise,cuttings from about a year ago.
Question, the one that was labeled Hoya rubra, it doesn't look like a regular carnosa, is it a subspecies?
Hoya obscura - I realize I'm growing this one in more light than needed, but I love the redness on the leaves.
