I think not Hoya, maybe Ceropegia & likely sandersonii. Perhaps search some pix & see if it matches your plants.

Could be sandersonii, or it could be radicans. After many years of growing radicans, mine finally bloomed for the first time this summer...

Oh, it's really nice one, but as pirate_girl said it's Ceropegia Sandersonii, it has just simple leaves, your one looks more advanced. You are lucky in the states you have any kind of seeds and plants shipping free to buy. Here in Europe it's a bit tough and if you find something interesting it costs A LOT
