David Liddle's price list has a Hoya temperature tolerance chart which is now also available on the SRQ Hoyas website.
Hoya polyneura is listed as a cold growing species which can take a low temperature of 50F. If your plant is not doing well I would definitely bring it in from the cold. Cool temperatures are good for this one but too much time spent cold and moist will probably cause problems with rot.
