What all have you tried? And are wool lice the same thing as mealy bugs?
I have never had a huge infestation, a gallon of water mixed with 4-5tbsp rubbing alcohol, 100% neem oil mixed according to directions, and a few drops of dish soap (not detergent) sprayed on ALL plants (getting every single surface of the plant, including soil) seems to work for most infestations. I *think* you are supposed to do it every 3-4 days for 2 weeks, then once a week for two weeks, then once every 2 weeks for a month. It should stop the infestation. Remember to WAIT until the plants are dry before putting them back in sun or under lights, as the solution can burn them if it is not dry. Hope this helps.

I've never heard of mealies called wool lice, but when I look up wool lice, it sounds like they're lice that sheep get, so I'm not sure exactly what we're talking about here. Can you post a photo of them? I've never heard of having lice on plants...
