harrison from what I know, the cuttings will not flower, they grow into large plants before flowering ...
I do not know how big are your, but I think that it 'only a matter of time ..
do not be discouraged, and 'good sign that you see growth.

Hi Harrison! Unfortunately, there is no set time that Hoya cuttings or rooted plants bloom. I've had a cutting bloom for me several weeks after I've had it and yet I have Hoyas that I've had for over 3 1/2 years that has never bloomed. They are quite a mystery,lol...

This is what I do with my Hoyas...I live in central Fl, so my climate is mild compared to most. When my hoyas are actively growing I give them 1/2 strength of fertilizer once a week and during the coldest months for me,(anuary thru middle of March...I cut back to 1/4 strength weekly or every two weeks and hope by April or May I see blooms. Sometimes I get lucky and others I'm still waiting :o(

Best thing for most Hoyas are bright (indirect) light, don't over water...water thoroughly but let the soil slightly dry out. Never keep the the potting mix wet all the time. Lots of light seems to be what helps them bloom. Patience is not easy...I know,lol.
