Hoya Hindu Rope Mauna Loa

Well, it's been awhile since I posted here, hope all is well with everyone.
I have a Hindu Rope (Mauna Loa) that I've had for a few years now. Now its leaves are shrivled up. The leaves are still green, but I don't dare repot in the winter.
What is the problem with it? I water it moderately, it has bloomed for me (I didn't take pics this time). So what is wrong with it?
Thanks, TammyPie
