Can Hoya Cuttings Take Sun Once Rooted?

So my cuttings have rooted...and I'm wondering if I can go ahead and put them in sunlight now? I have an east facing window that gets about three hours a day of direct, unobstructed sunlight.

Also...the rooted cuttings are in domes...when and how should I acclimate them to less-humid conditions? Should this happen before or after putting them in sun?

Thanks!
