I've seen some daffodils poking through, about an inch or 2 so far. Spring is a comin'!

Yes, the robins have been here too. Supposed to be in the 50's Saturday!

The snowdrops are up and out and I'm seeing tulip, daffodil and crocus leaves coming out in my yard. Time to get the deer repellent in place!!!

Yep, I've got daffs, snowdrops, and crocuses coming up too, as well as the few tulips that are brave enough to stick out their heads before getting deer-chomped. The snow crocuses are actually in bloom, which is lovely :) This feels like the longest winter in a while, so I'm thrilled to see signs of spring. Here's my prayer for this year: May the year 2009 bring with it the bounty of the garden and the blessing of the wallet!

I planted hyacinths for the first time in the Fall, I hope the squirrels didn't dig out the bulbs when my back was turned. Winter took way too long to end this year and I am ready for spring and new life.

I have seedlings growing in trays in my basement.......
