| I'm going to be hosting a swap and BBQ/potluck on June 17 in Orange County. I posted over on the "Winter Sowing" forum because that's where I mainly hang out, so everyone please check out the info and reply on THAT forum if you're able to attend. I look forward to meeting a lot of fellow gardeners, and it should be a great day!

That's also the date of the Town of Newburgh rose show. Unfortunately haven't quite mastered the art of being in two places at the same time! Good luck with the swap!

The Rose Show isn't on June 10? If it is, I hope you'll come to the BBQ. Even if someone has nothing to swap, please come if you can. It's a good way for us to get to know each other, talk about gardening, and EAT!

No, don't know how the 10th got mentioned. It's the 17th and will be in the mall on Route 300 just north of I-84. You can catch me and some of my roses there. At least, that's the plan, if the weather cooperates and the creeks don't rise.

Sorry to say it, but I have to cancel the swap that was planned for this Saturday, June 17. Thanks very much to those who were going to attend, and I hope the change doesn't inconvenience anyone. I am e-mailing everyone personally about the cancellation, and hopefully the winter sowers can get together sometime soon. Cat
