First flowers on sugar snaps

so only a couple of weeks to eating them out of hand. Think that I like them best blanched, chilled and then dipped in mayo.
That and a BLT is the real taste of summer!

try them raw and dipped in ranch dressing, can't get any better than that, :)

Our peas seldom make it into the house. We stay outside and graze.

I wonder what the pea crop will be like given how warm it's been.

I'm worried about my peas this year! I think they've been zapped by this warm weather - they kind of stopped growing and started looking sad in the past couple of days. Keeping my fingers crossed!
