| I am now having similar issues with the farmers seed aspect of plantron. I received my order and planted immediately. Many have failed to grow, at least one tree had no feeder roots. Also items were left off my order. They require you to send in the label and I did and received the label back with instructions to wait additional time and then send all correspondence back. This is a shame and a terrible company in regard to customer service. I will mail a complaint as well to the attorney general in Illinois and the customer service rep mentioned on your site. I have ordered bare root plants for years and had some issues, but nothing like this. Any other advice will be appreciated. |
