Full time horticultural therapist position

| The facility I work for has been awarded a grant from Albany to erect a greenhouse, construction should be completed by the end of summer. We will be doing a 2 year study on the beneficial effects of horticulture on dementia behaviors. We are looking for a person interested in working on this study who enjoys working with the geriatric population and is knowlegable in the field. It is a full-time position with full benefits. |

I am sure this position has been filled, but found your 2 year project to be most interesting. I am a Horticultural
Therapist, holding a certificate from The New York Botanical
Garden, currently working parttime in long term care/rehab and adult day care facilities. To grow our profession we need the credibility of projects such as yours. I would find it fascinating to visit your facility and hear more about your study. |
