Heirloom tomatoes at Northern Dutchess Botanical

went back there yesterday to get tiny seedlings of Heavenly Blue morning glory and noticed a whole section of heirloom tomatoes. Got a Black Krim and a Pineapple to put in big pots on the back stoop. And suggested that next year they plant Stupice. They had Brandywine, Yellow Brandywine, Mortgage Lifter, Abraham Lincoln - some others I don't remember. Doug says they are selling well so he'll probably do this again next year.
Reggie wasn't around - too bad, because I had brought along some dog biscuits.

Just finished weeding and tying up the whole patch. Cherokee purple has fruit set as does Sungold, the others are blooming but not yet fruiting.
