Privacy Schrubs

| I Would like to plant som privacy schrubs on my property. it will be planted on a raised bed so the roots have to be vertical. any suggestions on which plants to use? |

| I'd be more concerned with the amount of sunlight the beds receive than with narrow roots. I have some privet hedges that are planted in a narrow channel in concrete (10-12 inches wide) that do very well (full sun). |
