| I volunteer with catskill animal sanctuary, which is a 75-acre haven for rescued horses and farm animals located in saugerties. well we make three dumptruck loads of compost every day, so the last sunday of every month between now and november you can go get free compost there. years and years' worth, well seasoned, hay and manure mix. bring your own bags and take as much as you can use!
