Worms!

We moved to the Poughkeepsie area 2 summers ago, that first summer we noticed (how could you help it!) these small black worms that crawled onto the cement patio every evening and got died up by the sun in the morning, they were creepy but did not seem to be very harmful to our garden. Last year no worms. This year they are back with a vengence,,,all over the house, the garage the doors, it is like a horror movie. The sun seems to dry them up, it seems they are comming from the ground or the base of the house?
Does anyone know what they are? It is very unnerving to say the least. |

| Did you try to spray a light mix of Sevin? |

| Please be careful! You can't spray Sevin in any area where pets will walk - especially cats who lick their paws and ingest this poison. Sevin is also non-discriminate; it kills bees, pollinators and other beneficials as well as the unwanted insects. |
