| folks -
I'm looking at the bulb catalog and would like to know if these are deer-proof: Hyacinthoides non-scripta. They look lovely but if I'm just going to feed the local population I won't even bother with them. We've had success with Allium and daffodils, FYI.
thanks

| Nate, I've had those bulbs eaten by underground, digging animals. Don't know about deer, though. |

I've tried them several times and never got them going - they were either eaten or didn't like my soil. Spanish wood hyacinths however, do just fine. |
