anyone can know of local climate near taghkanic?

hi there-
moving to a farm near lake taghkanic--i was wondering if anyone was from around there and knew of the microclimate--straight 5b milder/harsher? coming from NYC & would love some advice. |

| Think Marcus has it right. Taconic Parkway but Taghkanic is the name of the hamlet. Up near Route 23. Nice countryside up there and yes, zone 5 is about it. |
