House plant pests

I heard that cold pressed neem oil is good for house plant pests. I had my plants outdoors all summer. I bought them in the house and I notice that leaves have holes or have been chewed. Where can I find neem oil which is cold pressed or raw or crude. I went to lowes and Home Depot they just have extract combined with other chemicals. Help! Thank you

I just soak the pots and wash the plants in the shower. Then I put those yellow, sticky whitefly traps on top of the pot next to the stem to catch leftover bugs.That always works. Haven't ever used anything else.
