Sorry, but I haven't seen any of these mentioned in hummingbird forums as very productive and I don't have any of them to attract hummingbirds. I have several for butterflies, though.

Here's a list of natives that do well attracting the Ruby Throated Hummer:

Trumpet Creeper, Campsis radicans
Beebalm or Oswego Tea, Monarda didyma
Trumpet Honeysuckle, Lonicera sempervirens
Cardinal Flower, Lobelia cardinalis
Spotted Jewelweed, Impatiens capensis
Red Columbine, Aquilegia canadense
Canada Lily, Lilium canadense
Indian Pink, Spigelia marilandica
Red Buckeye, Aesculus pavia
Mountain Rosebay or Catawba Rhododendron, Rhododendron catawbiense

When I lived in Indiana, I had good luck with Trumpet Creeper, Bee Balm, Cardinal Flower and Red Columbine (actually all my Columbine, then weren't picky about it not being red) that I had in my garden. You can check to see what is native in your area and what will grow in your zone. This list comes from Operation RubyThroat, and interestingly, I had several of these in my garden and besides being very pretty, the hummers loved them. Good info for your local hummers.

Another native Patty didn't mention is Silene regia. I've seen hummingbirds use that and it has a fairly long bloom time. I winter sowed silene virginica this year which blooms earlier and I'm hoping it will attract hummingbirds as well.
Lonicera sempervirens blooms longer than just about anything and attracts hummingbirds. I have 'Alabama Crimson' but there's a newer one called 'Major Wheeler' that's supposed to be a heavy bloomer.

Of those you mentioned in your original post, I have yucca, clethra, amelanchier, and viburnums and haven't seen hummingbirds at any of those.

Ad in weekend paper suggests Weigela as a Humming Bird magnet. I have a major deer problem here. I am in desperate need of flowering plants that are deer resistant. Please Help!!

I have weigela in my yard and they are not major attractors of hummers. But any form of lonicera simpervirens is a major attractor here. My coral honeysuckle vine was much loved by hummers but it eventually died out and has been replaced by major wheeler and Im hoping it does well for hummers. I also have two goldflames which are much used .
