Exciting! I have tons of photo's using digital camera also. It is amazing how lucky I got with some of them. They are so fast that what you think your getting is sometimes their, and other times even more amazing! The tongue out, or the wings hit the light in such a way that they become transparent and you can see the inner structure! Very beautiful birds. My warm weather days are grabbing the camera to grab shots. Glad to know you share in the addiction!

Donna, reading your post to me regarding the feeding I went out brought in the feeder and cleaned it ..filled it with the simple syrup made up and cooled and my little friend came by..checked it out..don't think he was sure it was filled..guess no color surprised him..but he came back a few hours later and tasted the nectar..Now I'm waiting for his return for this evening...gosh..such little things of God's gifts we really can enjoy..
