Recommendations for Atlanta drought.

I'm thinking of planting coral honeysuckle this spring. Mine was choked out by unmown grass because it didn't have anything to climb on.

I only I also know that the annual scarlet sage will survive drought well.

However:

I'd like other suggestions which will do well in extreme drought. I will be able to water at MOST once a week, and very likely not at all. (I usually water only after planting, but the drought is so extreme and the restrictions so severe I'm not going plant much this year.

Firecracker sage and bee balm died off last year, so even natives were severly stressed by the drought. Even my azaleas were very close to dying.
