nesting hummingbird accidentally disturbed--help

Help! I have a nesting Allen's hummingbird in a rosebush on my patio. She already raised a clutch last month. She has a new set of 1 week old eggs. Tonight, around 8:30 I turned on the light and ran outside because the neighbor's dog was barking his head off. I accidentally disturbed the mama bird who flew straight up off her nest. It's been 2 hours and she hasn't come back. It's about 50 degrees out. Is there anything I can do? Should I just leave it alone and hope she can fly back to her nest in the dark? Or should I stick some cotton or something around the nest for insulation? Would that make it worse?
