Made decision on Honeysuckle, Is there room for 2 on arbor?

Thanks for all your good ideas, suggestions and links. I purchased a Blanche Sandman yesterday, and planted it by the arbor today. How vigorous is this vine? Should I plant another on the other other side or will that become too dense? My arbor is 8 feet high, the arches are about 3 feet apart at the base, so it is probably 15-16 feet in length by 2 ft feet wide.

One on either side is probably fine. Just be sure both sides get equal sun or you will be battling to keep the vines evened out. I highly recommend the Goldflame for the other side...hummers love it and it smells delightful! Neither of mine has had no issues with mildew in full sun or part shade (crossing my fingers!). They are in the process of blooming their heads off right now, which they will do well into December.

Sandy make sure it is a sturdy arbor as the weight of the vine over time could buckle it.
