Put mine out a couple of weeks ago to get an early start but saw my 1st hummer on Sunday as well!

I've seen 1 ever (been in my house 5 years). I just put a new feeder out last night. Not sure what I'm doing wrong or if our area just doesn't have any (about 20 miles south of Detroit).

You could always try hanging up a red tablecloth or bunches of red Solo cups throughout the yard - in other words, make your yard a big, red target!!!!! Sometimes it works!!1

And/or put out multiple feeders.

It also helps to watch right at first light or in the house before dusk. That's when they are mostly to visit. If you have them, of course, they will visit all day, but at dusk and dawn you are more likely to see them.
