Back in Indianapolis yet?

I totally forgot about the hummers. Mostly because I've never known exactly when to expect them. Has anyone seen them in Indy this year yet? When do they tend to arrive?

My first arrived here in martinsville on april 27th. Usually there are plenty of sightings well north of me before that , even way north of indianapolis.

I live north of Indy and mine always seem to arrive the first week of May. I put my feeders up on May 1, and saw one on May 2. They seemed to not show up again until the second week in May. But to your original question........I would say be ready for them on May 1 in the next years.......unless April is unusually warm.
