| I have seen quite a few huming birds in the past usually in July but I was out in Barhead at a friends acerage and she had some already and she had a feeder by her lilace tree. I usually plant a scralette runner ak bean plant and I buy a bright fushia for under the kitchen window and a red and pink petunias in a hanging basket with my feeder under the kitchen window, hope this helps other people who are trying to attract hummers in mid northern Alberta. |

| Last July was the first time, I really sighted a Hummingbird. He was sipping the nectar from my Rex Begonias in hanging basket right outside my living room window. Now, I have new "Miss Ruby" Buddelia,Corepis and two Enchineas plants nlooming. Now I hope the sweet hummers will come by their new haven. |
