broken beak???

ohmygosh, I am close to a heart attack here, I just watched a hummingbird acting so weird and after getting close it looks like he has a broken beak,.,.. please someone tell me that this can't be

Unfortunately yes it can happen. I had one a few years
back. It couldn't use a feeder so I put out an open dish
of nectar. It was there for a couple of days and then I
never saw it again. I supposed that it had died.
I felt so sad that I couldn't help the little thing.
