Northern CA Hummer ID?

Does anyone know what kind of Hummer this is? It's the only kind I ever see. Not much color, just brown and I can occasionally see a green tinge on their backs.

It could be a rufous, Allens or Annas. Those are the three most commonly seen hummers in North CA. I believe.
