I'm growing these L. cardinalis seedlings in a "mini-bog". They range from 1" to 4" in size. Hope this helps.

Thanks, ctnchpr! I think (and hope!) my little plants are cardinal flower. They are all growing in a moist bed right off the front porch. Here's what mine look like:

They do look like L. cardinalis..., a mild dose of Nitrogen would probably help.
