Interesting photo of female hummer

Yesterday I was sitting under my Dawn Redwood tree and she kept coming back to the same branch, dozens of times, then she'd hurry off to the feeder about 30 feet away. I must have tried taking 50 pics but she was SO FAST! Here is one of my favorites. I like the way the sky and clouds backlight her form.

Nice shot. It has a nice feeling. Looks like an Anna's.

Would have be a RTH as the location is Eastern Canada.

Yes Ruby Throated female for sure. Got another shot, a bit out of focus on her but in my defense I was lying on my stomach on the grass and my dog walked over me when I was trying to get the shot!

Aren't those furry friends helpful? Always right there when you need them.
