That is interesting. I keep wondering why no hummers feed at my jewelbox window feeder. Maybe the ports are very small. I will check this out when I return to Baton Rouge next week. Thanks for the tip!

If you are referring to the perky pet half-round feeder I had this feeder maybe about 4yrs ago. The hummers used it and liked it but...... It is by far the worst feeder I have ever owned , the plastic parts holding the two pieces together will eventually break. I even tried to superglue it to hold things together for that season. If yours holds up you are lucky.

I also have the jewelbox feeder and they hummers wont use it either I took it down. If I take all other feeders down they would use it but not when they have a choice. This is feeder for the viewer and not the hummer. It is a little awkward for them to use it and only 3 ports. I will most likely end up selling mine. They much prefer the 16oz first nature.

I have already made a comment about the port size at the Perky Pet contact us web site. I also think the ports are too close to the window, which makes hummers nervous. The angle could be improved with only two ports on the feeder.

If you or anyone else knows a better window feeder, I'll buy it.

You can hang just about any feeder with a suction cup hanger. I have them on 3 windows.

My feeder of choice is the Hummzinger. I've stopped using all others. Cleaning is a breeze and the birds love 'em.

Natal is correct my version is a very strong two suction cup version that holds 5 lb and does not come off. Walmart sells these and you should find them near the bird seed.
