First sightings of fall migration

I live in Lakeland, FL, pretty much in the middle between Tampa and Orlando. I have Ruby-throated and Rufous in the winter but mine usually leave by early April and I rarely see one till August when migration is underway. Well, in the last week I have seen a hummer in my yard on four different days. No idea if its the same one or different ones each time. Only feeds a few moments on the plants, but near a feeder. Definitely not an adult male, thinking an immature male, more grayish in gorget area.

Two of my friends that live within a 3 mile area around me have had birds all summer. They live close to each other and both have seen adult females and at least one male pretty consistently. I'm jealous - wish I could say the same but I am glad the migration has begun. Hope to see the maps up soon.
